Pretreatment:
Recommended Substrate conditions: remove wax, grease ,rust ther attachments and clean it up then can be coated. Keep the surface dry.
Application conditions:
· Suitable coating environment: temperature (0~35ºC), humidity ≤85%, substrate temperature ≤50ºC, 3 ºC higher than the dew point, wind level≤ 3.
· Outdoor application should avoid rainy, foggy and windy occasions, and also factor of dew in the morning and evening should be taken into account.
· When substrate relative humidity is higher than 85%,it is not recommended for application.
· Generally, the self-drying coating film after coating should not be caught in the rain within 16 h.
Compatible paint: polyurethane primer, super solid series of epoxy primers, epoxy primer and ect…
Recommended dry film thickness is above 40-60μm, 1~2 coats.
· It can use wet spray method. Interval of subsequent coating should be as short as possible, if recoating interval is exceed 24h, use fine sandpaper roughen and soot blowing after coating, and remove the oil and dirt of coating surface, keep it clean and dry.
· When using, stir the paint evenly, then stir in the portion of paint: curing agent 4: 1 (ratio), filter with 100 mesh sieve and then apply.
· To obtain the ideal high quality coating, the coating can be cured at the temperature of 25ºC for 10-15 min, then coating.
· The 2-pack paint after mixing usually should be used up in 4 hours. If overtime may affect the quality of the coating. Therefore, should be adjusted according to application condition.
· Check before recoating
· It's strictly forbidden to make solidifier to contact water, alcohol and the like during the paint mixing and coating process.
