Go ahead, throw it off a building.
If you've ever owned a pickup truck, you're probably familiar with spray-on bedliner, commonly known as Line-X. Line-X is spray-on polyurethane that is designed to protect the bed of your truck from wear and the elements.
It can also be used to protect a watermelon from a 150-foot drop, as How Ridiculous recently found out. Take a look:
While the inside of the watermelon was obviously pulverized, the outside didn't fare too badly. The Line-X coating survived the impact with no damage, and when the team opened it up, the skin of the watermelon was also almost completely undamaged.
Well, if Line-X is that good at protecting a watermelon, it can probably do a fine job protecting your truck. Strewth!
